Literary Agent Susan Cohen founded PearlCo Literary Agency in 2015. She got her start in publishing 36 years ago at Rosenstone/Wender literary agency and hasn't stopped since! She spent 20 years at Rosenstone/Wender and eight years at Gersh. She loves all facets of the job, from brainstorming with her authors, editing, contract negotiation, and yes, even royalty statements! She has worked with many wonderful authors, playwrights, and screen writers through the years.

She graduated from Duke University, magna cum laude, with a BA in mathematics and Spanish. She is married to Neil Cohen, and they are the proud parents of Ellen and Emily.
